Delay in announcing the results of the architectural competition.

Dear participant,

Due to two strong entries for the first place, the jury has decided to organise the second phase of the anonymous architectural competition with two selected participants.

The participants of the second stage have been contacted and have been provided with the jury's recommendations for further refinement of the entries.

We apologise to the other participants for the delay in announcing the results of the architectural competition.

The results will be announced in May 2024 at the latest.

KÜSIMUS Sent: Tuesday, October 3, 2023 11:45 AM Vaatasime Noblessneri võistluse tingimusi ja tekkis küsimus- kui täpselt peab arvestama detailplaneeringus näidatud ehitusmahtude paiknemisega võistlualas (1). Konsoolsed mahud staapelplatsi ja promenaadi kohal peavad arusaadavalt olema, aga kas maapealsete mahtude paiknemine ja/või nihutamine vms on võistlustöös aktsepteeritud? Või ei tohi hoonestusala nihutada rohkem kui 10%?  VASTUS: Muudatused mis tingiksid uue detailplaneeringu koostamise vajaduse ei ole kahjuks aktsepteeritavad

KÜSIMUS Esiteks – võistlustingimustes on kirjeldatud, et detailplaneeringuga ette nähtud brutopinnast on võimalik realiseerida kuni 10% väiksem brutopind. Kõige servmised hooned – loodepoolne ja kagupoolne kavandada viiekorruselised, kõrgemate lagedega (s.t. -1 korrus kahel majal väiksem brutopind võrreldes maksimaalsega). Lisaks kavandada konsooli ulatus staapelplatsi poolsel küljel mitte üle 10 m (s.t. 5 m lühem, kui detailis olev skeem).   Seega – esialgsel pindalade analüüsil tuleb välja, et kui võtta DP joonise järgi kavandatava hoone gabariitide järgsed brutopinnad, saame kokku DP-s näidatud maksimaalse brutopinna. Siit edasi aga juba küsimuse see osa, kus valemid ei taha enam loogiliselt kokku minna. Kui võtame maha äärmise hoone ühe korruse, ongi soovitud 10% vähendatud maht käes.
