1_ We are an Italian architecture firm that would like to participate in the competition, are there any special forms to fill out or additional documents? There are other requirements to be met in addition to those listed in the notice (professional qualification, no convictions, etc.)
2_ Regarding the documents to be delivered, we ask if there is a maximum number of A1 sheets and if there is a base layout.
3_ Still regarding the documents, we ask if there is a maximum limit of pages for the report and if images and diagrams can be added within the document.
4_ Regarding the delivery procedure, to guarantee anonymity, will the files relating to the participant be made anonymous by the site or do we have to use a specific sotware?

1_ Given that the piers in the detailed plan differ from those present in the area, I ask whether the architectural intervention also concerns the piers, and more specifically whether demolition and reconstruction or just restoration is envisaged, therefore whether it is possible to intervene by adding surface .
2_ Is it possible to move the telfer structure and relocate it to another space in the area?
3_ Is it possible to have an updated dwg of the area?
4_ Reading the competition notice it seems that an intervention budget is not specified. He wonders if there is a spending limit for the entire intervention or if the cost will be assessed after the competition.
5_ Are you wondering if the footprint of the detailed plan is binding or can it be modified?
6_ Due to translation problems it is difficult to understand the difference between "Elu- ja ärihoonete kinnistute pindala: 5904 m2." and "Ehitusalune maapealne pind: kuni 3550 m2". We kindly ask if it is possible to receive more specific information on this matter and if it would be possible to have the chapter "1.4 Võistlusala arvulised andmed" translated into English.
7_ For translation reasons it is not clear when the ground floor is meant and therefore the one immediately accessible from the outside and the first floor which is accessed from the ground floor, so it becomes difficult to understand on the basis of the notice where the functions must be located commercial, whether on 3 levels or 2 levels.

The information about the docks is in point 3.3. The docks are existing and will not be demolished.

At the western end of the dock, there are two concrete platforms for which you need to provide the exterior architectural design of the pavilions.

 Refer to point 3.1.2 for Telfer. Yes, it is possible to relocate the Telfer.

 The DWG link is in point 4, Appendix 2.

 The scope of the work to be submitted is described in point 1.5.

A1 landscape format is to be used.

 There is no restriction on the number of pages in the explanatory report, it can include pictures and diagrams.

 Prior registration for participation is not necessary. Competition entries must be submitted in Estonian but it is allowed to present materials simultaneously in English. We also accept that data in the drawings are in English.

 The competition entries will be not made anonymous by the site. Submission-related conditions are specified in the Competition Rules.
