2_ Regarding the documents to be delivered, we ask if there is a maximum number of A1 sheets and if there is a base layout.
3_ Still regarding the documents, we ask if there is a maximum limit of pages for the report and if images and diagrams can be added within the document.

1_
Given that the piers in the detailed plan differ from those present in the
area, I ask whether the architectural intervention also concerns the piers, and
more specifically whether demolition and reconstruction or just restoration is
envisaged, therefore whether it is possible to intervene by adding surface .
2_ Is it possible to move the telfer structure and relocate it to another space
in the area?
3_ Is it possible to have an updated dwg of the area?
4_ Reading the competition notice it seems that an intervention budget is not
specified. He wonders if there is a spending limit for the entire intervention
or if the cost will be assessed after the competition.
5_ Are you wondering if the footprint of the detailed plan is binding or can it
be modified?
6_ Due to translation problems it is difficult to understand the difference
between "Elu- ja ärihoonete kinnistute pindala: 5904 m2." and
"Ehitusalune maapealne pind: kuni 3550 m2". We kindly ask if it is
possible to receive more specific information on this matter and if it would be
possible to have the chapter "1.4 Võistlusala arvulised andmed"
translated into English.
7_ For translation reasons it is not clear when the ground floor is meant and
therefore the one immediately accessible from the outside and the first floor
which is accessed from the ground floor, so it becomes difficult to understand
on the basis of the notice where the functions must be located commercial,
whether on 3 levels or 2 levels.

The building are in the detailed plan should not be changed by more than 10%.
"Land area of residential and commercial building plots: 5,904 m2." - This is the size of the plot and a specific fact.
"Maximum above-ground building footprint: up to 3,550 m2." - This is crucial in the planning of the building. Building footprint refers to the surface area upon which a building or structure is constructed.
The building footprint is the projection of the surface area of the building's above-ground part and the surface area of the underground part on a horizontal plane.
The footprint of the building's above-ground part is the projection of the parts of the building that are above the surrounding ground level on a horizontal plane. It is 3550 m2
The footprint of the building's underground part is the projection of the parts of the building that are below the surrounding ground level on a horizontal plane. It is 5120 m2
The building footprint, including the footprint of the building's above-ground part, includes structures such as balconies, loggias, canopies and similar projections on a horizontal plane.
When determining the footprint of the building, including the footprint of the building's above-ground and underground parts are not taken into account: the rainwater system, sunshade, terrace, ramp, stairs, lightwell, foundation footing, technical system and equipment parts, non-load-bearing canopies with a horizontal projection of less than two square meters on the ground, eaves up to one meter wide, and decorative or other non-essential elements of the building attached to it
