Existing terrain levels on the location of planned residential buildings seem to be between 2,7 and 2,9 m. The existing buildings on the south side (L1, L2, L3, V1, V2) seem to have ground floor on absolute height 3,0 m above sea level. Is this correct? 2. Maximum building height Design brief, page 6, point 1.4. specifies among others also the following: - Absolute height: up to 24.5 metres above the Kronstadt datum; - Height from the ground level: 22 metres Detail plan from 2013 on the other hand specifies that "The maximum height of the buildings in the northern part of the planning area is 22 meters (abs = 25.4 m)." Buildings L1, L2, L3, V1, V2 seem to exceed the level 24.5 meters. Could you please clarify which absolute height is relevant? Also...
